I think it turned out Fabulously! I used all cream for one side of the log cabin (cream Centennial Solid from Marcus) and 2 Rolie Polies from Riley Blake for the other side of the Log. Cabin. The pattern is Margeurite. It was quilted by Ken Grantham from Atlantic Fabrics in Halifax. The picture does not truly show the fabulousness of the feathers. You will have to come to Creative Festival and see it in person! We will be in booth 340 and the show runs October 24-26 at MCC. I Haven't posted in a while but I've been super busy. I've been making up the Folded Star Hot Pads but giving most of them away as samples. I've also been working on a quilt for the upcoming Creative Festival being held in TO. I will be there with N Jefferson show some new notions, among them the Wonky Log Cabin Ruler from Quilt in a Day. My sample arrived back from the Longarmer's today; see the pics below. Now all I have to do is bind it; should I use the red floral so it stands out or the same aqua floral as the border?
